About the role
The Site Finishing Supervisor oversees the final stages of building and interior fit‑out projects in Alexandria. This role ensures that all finishing works meet high quality standards before client handover, coordinating closely with workers and subcontractors.
Key responsibilities
- Direct and supervise workers and subcontractors on site.
- Review and verify technical drawings related to finishing works.
- Inspect the quality of painting, tiling, flooring, and carpentry.
- Identify and resolve snags to ensure flawless completion.
- Coordinate with project managers to align finishing activities with overall project timelines.
Required profile
- 5–7 years of experience in finishing units or interior fit‑out projects.
- Strong knowledge of construction finishing processes and standards.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
- Proven leadership skills in managing site teams.
