Site Planning Manager – Hospitality Projects

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Site Planning Manager to lead the planning and execution of construction projects, primarily in the hospitality sector. The role involves overseeing project schedules, coordinating multidisciplinary teams, and ensuring delivery within time, budget and quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, maintain and review detailed project schedules using Primavera and other project management tools.
• Lead a team of junior planners, providing guidance to meet project milestones.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors and other stakeholders to ensure seamless execution.
• Create and monitor comprehensive programs of work, adjusting plans as needed to keep projects on track.
• Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations and quality standards through regular site inspections.
• Prepare and present detailed progress reports to senior management and clients, maintaining accurate documentation of changes and issues.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, architectural engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 15 years of experience in construction planning, with a strong focus on hotel projects.
• Proven ability to manage large‑scale projects and lead multidisciplinary teams.
• Strong leadership and mentoring skills for junior planners.

Required skills

• Extensive experience with Primavera scheduling software.
• Proficiency in other project management software and standard computer applications.
