Site Reliability Engineer – RGM

About the role

We are seeking a Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) to join the RGM team within Consumer and Customer Platforms, Digital & Technology Platform Services. The SRE will enhance reliability, performance, and scalability of the Revenue Growth Management and Customer Data Exchange platforms in a complex multi‑cloud environment.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse incident patterns, manage alerts and drive proactive operational improvements.
• Lead complex troubleshooting with L3/L4 support, participate in on‑call rotations and crisis response.
• Identify and implement automation to reduce manual workload and integrate security enhancements.
• Utilise observability tools to optimise incident resolution and product performance.
• Collaborate with product, DevSecOps, architects and the Central SRE community to share best practices and reduce incidents.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in Site Reliability Engineering, DevOps or IT operations with a focus on application reliability.
• Proven ability to work cross‑functionally and drive operational excellence.

• SAP S/4 (preferably with SAP BTP and Pricing)
• Trade Promotion Management platforms (Xtel TPM preferred)
• API and system interface maintenance
