Site Supervision & Technical Office Engineer

About the role

Brouq Developments is seeking a qualified Site Supervision & Technical Office Engineer to lead on‑site construction activities and manage technical office functions. The role combines hands‑on supervision with detailed quantity and documentation work, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee day‑to‑day construction activities, ensuring work follows approved drawings and specifications.
• Monitor contractor performance, quality standards, and compliance with safety requirements.
• Review shop drawings and coordinate with consultants to obtain technical approvals.
• Document site progress, identify issues, and follow up on corrective actions.
• Ensure project milestones are achieved on schedule and within the defined scope.
• Perform Technical Office tasks such as quantity surveying, quantity take‑off, BOQ preparation, shop drawing review, and project documentation.
• Manage the hand‑over process for completed units.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from a reputable university.
• Minimum 5 years of site supervision experience in real‑estate development or construction projects.
• Proven experience representing the owner/client as a representative.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, quality control procedures, and project coordination.
• Excellent communication, reporting, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Own a car for site mobility.
