Site Team Leader MEP Engineer

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Site Team Leader MEP Engineer to lead on‑site mechanical, electrical and plumbing projects in Cairo. You will combine deep technical expertise with strong leadership to deliver complex engineering solutions from design to completion.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of engineers, ensuring project milestones are met.
• Oversee all on‑site MEP activities, guaranteeing compliance with design specifications, quality standards and safety regulations.
• Act as the primary technical point of contact, solving complex engineering challenges on site.
• Coordinate with design teams, consultants and contractors to integrate systems using AutoCAD and Revit.
• Implement quality control procedures and ensure adherence to local and international standards.
• Manage resources, schedules and budgets to maximize efficiency and profitability.

Required profile

• 8‑10 years of progressive experience in Mechanical Engineering, with significant site engineering and team‑leadership exposure.
• Strong command of MEP principles, HVAC and plumbing systems.
• Proven project management and site supervision experience.
• Excellent problem‑solving and communication skills for interaction with clients, consultants and site personnel.
