SiteCore DevOps / Platform Engineer

About the role

Arcsen, a global technology consulting firm serving clients in EMEA, is hiring a SiteCore DevOps / Platform Engineer in Maadi. The role owns CI/CD, environment management and operational readiness for a Sitecore XM Cloud platform: setting up pipelines and environments early so the build team can ship from day one, and owning performance, hosting and disaster-recovery posture and release management through go-live and hypercare.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Sitecore CLI and Azure DevOps / Git, with a branching strategy aligned to client IT governance.
• Manage the provided non-production and production Sitecore environments, including refresh cadence and serialization-based deployments.
• Support hosting, disaster-recovery and business continuity: backup and restore SLAs, multi-region failover and 24/7 availability targets.
• Run performance and load benchmarking (page load, API p95, concurrency, TPS) and feed results back to the team.
• Coordinate edge configuration (Cloudflare Enterprise WAF, CDN, DDoS, dark-site/crisis mode) with the security team.
• Set up monitoring, centralized logging (log shipping to the client SIEM) and alerting, and support incident response during hypercare.
• Document runbooks and lead knowledge transfer to the client operations team.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field.
• 4+ years of DevOps / platform engineering experience.
• Hands-on Azure DevOps and Sitecore CLI / Sitecore Content Serialization.
• Containerization (Docker / Kubernetes) and CI/CD pipeline design.
• Cloud hosting plus disaster-recovery and backup experience.
• Git branching strategy and release management.

• Sitecore XM Cloud deployment experience.

• Performance and load testing tooling.
• Infrastructure-as-code (Terraform / Bicep).
