About the role
We are looking for an enthusiastic SME Officer to join our Small Programs team. The role focuses on acquiring and managing small‑and‑medium‑enterprise clients, supporting them through the credit application process and ensuring strong, lasting relationships.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and acquire new SME clients through field visits and referrals.
- Maintain and grow an assigned portfolio of SME customers while fostering strong relationships.
- Perform preliminary credit assessments, including financial analysis and cash‑flow evaluation.
- Assist in preparing credit memorandums and gathering required documentation.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely processing and disbursement of credit facilities.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Accounting or a related field.
- Fresh graduate or recent graduate ready to start a professional career.
- Strong command of English, both written and spoken.
