SMEs Relationship Manager

About the role

The SMEs Relationship Manager will be responsible for managing and expanding a portfolio of corporate clients for Banque Misr. The role focuses on deepening existing relationships, acquiring new business, and delivering a full suite of corporate banking solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and grow a portfolio of corporate clients through relationship development and new business acquisition.
• Achieve assigned business targets by driving revenue generation initiatives and cross‑selling corporate banking products.
• Maintain strong client relationships via regular communication, account management, and timely resolution of inquiries and complaints.
• Increase portfolio profitability by attracting new deposits, optimizing credit facility utilization, and promoting Trade Finance and Capital Markets products.
• Conduct financial, credit, and market analysis to assess client performance, identify risks, and structure appropriate banking solutions.
• Prepare and discuss credit proposals with Risk Management and support renewal/enhancement of credit facilities.
• Monitor client transactions for compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
• Ensure accurate client documentation and maintain complete customer records.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, business administration, economics or a related field from a reputable university.
• 3–7 years of relevant experience in corporate banking or relationship management.
• Completion of a Credit Course is mandatory.
• Excellent command of the English language.
• Resident of Cairo.
• No relatives currently employed at Banque Misr and never previously tested or interviewed by the bank.
