About the role

The Content & Social Media Manager will lead the creation, production, and publishing of engaging content that reflects the brand’s identity and marketing goals. This senior position oversees the full social media strategy, drives audience growth, and ensures a consistent brand voice across all digital channels.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise writing, editing, proofreading, and multimedia production (videos, graphics, blogs, posts) to maintain brand consistency.
• Develop and execute a cross‑platform social media strategy aligned with business objectives.
• Plan and manage content calendars, driving audience engagement and growth.
• Lead a multidisciplinary team of copywriters, designers, videographers, and moderators, providing creative direction and feedback.
• Conduct market and competitor analysis, delivering insights to inform strategy.
• Track performance metrics using analytics tools and optimise content based on data.
• Monitor brand reputation online, ensuring timely responses to inquiries and comments.
• Collaborate with marketing, sales, e‑commerce, external agencies, and influencers to align content initiatives.

Required profile

• Minimum 10 years of experience in content creation, social media management, or digital marketing.
• At least 2 years in a leadership role overseeing creative teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.
• Proven track record of building strong social media presence and driving engagement.
