Social Media Manager – Manufacturing Brand

About the role

The Social Media Manager will join Jo Steel’s marketing team in Alexandria, Egypt, to shape and amplify the company’s digital presence. This full‑time, on‑site position focuses on creating engaging content that supports brand awareness and business objectives across multiple social platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, create, and publish content for all corporate social media channels.
• Maintain and update social media calendars in coordination with internal stakeholders.
• Monitor platform performance, analyze metrics, and optimize posts based on data insights.
• Respond to comments and direct messages, ensuring a consistent brand voice.
• Support marketing and corporate communication campaigns with tailored social media assets.
• Stay up‑to‑date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve digital engagement.

Required profile

• Proven experience in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization for corporate or industrial brands.
• Strong written communication skills in English; Arabic proficiency is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or equivalent practical experience.
• Ability to work on‑site in Alexandria and collaborate with cross‑functional teams.
• Experience in a manufacturing, industrial services, or B2B marketing environment is advantageous.
