About the role
The Soft Services Facility Manager will oversee daily cleaning, sanitation, catering, security, and auxiliary services across a university campus undergoing expansion. The role acts as the main liaison between MCC, university administration, and external service providers.
Key responsibilities
- Supervise daily cleaning of offices, lecture halls, labs, restrooms and common areas.
- Manage outsourced housekeeping, catering, pest control, waste management and landscaping contracts.
- Monitor consumables inventory such as soap, tissue and cleaning materials.
- Coordinate with university catering providers, shuttle bus operations and parking during construction.
- Handle visitor registration, contractor permits and temporary site facilities for engineers and workers.
- Prepare monthly performance, budget and complaint reports.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Facility Management, Hospitality or Business Administration.
- 5‑7 years of experience in Facility Management, preferably in educational, healthcare or large commercial projects.
- Residency in Giza Governorate.
