About the role

Andalusia for Healthcare Business Solutions is seeking a Software Delivery Manager to lead its software development initiatives in Alexandria, Egypt. This full‑time, on‑site position will guide a team of developers, ensure high‑quality deliverables, and align technical solutions with the company’s healthcare objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee end‑to‑end software development projects and manage project timelines.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to define requirements and design appropriate software solutions.
• Implement and maintain distributed systems architecture to meet organizational goals.
• Mentor and coach development team members, promoting best practices and continuous improvement.
• Ensure adherence to coding standards, quality assurance processes, and delivery deadlines.

Required profile

• Resident in Alexandria or willing to relocate.
• Strong leadership and team‑mentoring abilities.
• Proven experience in project management and delivering software projects on schedule.
• Excellent problem‑solving skills and adaptability to dynamic requirements.
• Effective communication and collaboration with cross‑functional teams.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
