Software Project Coordinator

About the role

Romuz Cybersecurity is seeking a Software Project Coordinator to support its development teams in delivering secure digital solutions. The role ensures projects stay on schedule, within scope, and aligned with the company’s cybersecurity objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain project schedules, sprint plans, release timelines, and technical documentation.
• Coordinate Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, retrospectives, and reviews, tracking action items.
• Monitor development progress, manage backlogs, and flag blockers to the project manager.
• Handle tickets, user stories, and tasks in Jira, keeping them up‑to‑date and properly assigned.
• Track budgets, resource allocation, and timelines, reporting any variances.
• Liaise between engineering, QA, QC, product, design, and external vendors.
• Coordinate release cycles, deployments, and testing schedules.
• Maintain project documentation, status reports, and shared knowledge bases.
• Identify and mitigate project risks and dependencies.

Required profile

• 2‑5 years of experience in project coordination, preferably in a software or technology environment.
• Strong organizational and time‑management abilities with high attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, able to translate technical concepts for non‑technical stakeholders.
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and shifting priorities.
• Comfortable working independently and in a fast‑paced team.
