Spa Receptionist – Front Desk & Guest Services

About the role

We are looking for a friendly and organized Spa Receptionist to be the first point of contact for guests at our spa in the Mövenpick Hotel Cairo‑Media City. You will ensure smooth appointment scheduling, provide information on services and create a welcoming atmosphere.

Key responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and answer initial inquiries.
• Schedule and confirm spa appointments accurately.
• Provide details on spa services, packages, and promotions.
• Handle guest requests, inquiries, and resolve concerns with professionalism.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and well‑stocked reception area.
• Answer and direct phone calls professionally.
• Process payments and manage cash transactions accurately.
• Keep accurate records of appointments, guest information, and daily transactions.
• Assist with inventory management of spa products and supplies.
• Prepare treatment rooms for guests, ensuring they are clean and stocked.
• Support therapists with guest check‑in and check‑out procedures.
• Promote spa memberships, packages, special offers, and events.
• Help develop marketing materials as needed.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Prior experience in customer service or hospitality preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Strong organizational and time‑management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite or similar software.
