Spa Service Expert (Receptionist)

About the role

The Spa Service Expert (Receptionist) is the first point of contact for guests visiting the Westin Spa in New Cairo. You will create a welcoming atmosphere, promote spa services and retail products, and ensure smooth scheduling and payment processes.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and check‑in spa guests, answering questions about treatments and facilities.
• Promote spa services and retail items, upselling where appropriate.
• Schedule appointments, manage reservations, and confirm bookings using the spa reservation system.
• Process payments accurately and issue receipts.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized front‑desk area.
• Assist with basic administrative tasks such as filing and reporting.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong customer‑service orientation with a friendly, professional demeanor.
• Ability to stand, walk, and move around for extended periods.
• Capability to lift up to 10 lb unaided and up to 25 lb with assistance.

Required skills

• Basic computer proficiency for reservation software.
