Staff Cafeteria Waiter

About the role

Join Marriott International as a Staff Cafeteria Waiter and help create memorable dining experiences for guests in our Cairo location. You will be part of a Guest Service team that ensures every meal is served with professionalism and a smile.

Key responsibilities

• Set and clear tables, ensuring a clean and inviting dining environment.
• Communicate orders accurately with the kitchen and deliver meals promptly.
• Interact with guests, respond to their needs, and provide courteous service.
• Maintain cleanliness of work areas, utensils, and service stations.
• Handle menu items, verify orders, and assist with special requests.
• Perform physical tasks such as standing, walking, lifting up to 25 lb (50 lb with assistance), and reaching overhead.

Required profile

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• Less than one year of related food‑service experience.
• No supervisory experience required.
• No specific license or certification needed.

Required skills

• Ability to work on your feet for extended periods.
• Physical capability to lift, carry, and move items as described.
• Strong communication and teamwork orientation.
