Stock Controller

About the role

Dawam Business Solutions is hiring a Stock Controller in October City. The role covers entering purchase details into internal databases, placing orders to replenish merchandise, tracking shipments and overseeing product storage, especially of fragile items.

Key responsibilities

• Enter purchase details into internal databases and place orders to replenish merchandise as needed
• Track shipments and address any delays
• Oversee storage of products, particularly fragile items
• Coordinate regular inventory audits
• Liaise with warehouse staff and other internal teams to test product quality on delivery and during storage
• Maintain up-to-date inventory records, including daily shipments

Required profile

• At least 3 years of experience in the industrial field
• Proven work experience as a Stock Controller, Inventory Manager or similar role
• BSc in finance, business administration or a relevant field
• Mid-level English is a must; age up to 35 years; males only

Required skills

• Proficiency in Excel
• Knowledge of ERP systems
• Familiarity with stock control methods
• Good understanding of supply chain procedures
