David's Bridal is seeking a dynamic Store Manager to lead a high‑performing team, deliver world‑class customer service, and exceed sales targets. The role combines hands‑on floor management with strategic oversight of payroll, inventory, and staffing.

Key responsibilities

• Model a customer‑first culture and hold the leadership team accountable for five‑star service.
• Manage store payroll, monitor timesheets, and keep labor costs within budget.
• Drive total monthly income goals through performance‑based leadership for both front‑of‑house and alterations.
• Oversee inventory, special orders, receiving, layaway, and merchandise quality standards.
• Communicate daily sales goals, monitor individual performance, and create action plans using customer reviews and mystery shop data.
• Build a talent pipeline, ensure full staffing, and fill open positions within 30 days.

Required profile

• High school diploma or degree.
• At least four years of retail management experience in an apparel or specialty store.
• Experience with a computerized point‑of‑sale (POS) system.
