Storekeeper – Production Hall (Warehouse Keeper)

About the role

We are looking for a Storekeeper to manage daily warehouse activities in our production hall. The role is full‑time and on‑site, supporting material flow between the warehouse and production lines while ensuring accurate inventory records in Odoo and other ERP systems.

Key responsibilities

• Handle receiving, issuing, and storage of materials in the production warehouse.
• Record all inventory transactions accurately in Odoo and ERP platforms.
• Monitor stock levels, trigger replenishments and maintain production continuity.
• Prepare inventory reports and keep detailed stock movement logs.
• Collaborate with Production and Procurement teams to align material availability with production schedules.
• Conduct cycle counts, support inventory reconciliation and investigate discrepancies.
• Verify documentation, enforce internal procedures and maintain a clean, organized warehouse.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Supply Chain, Logistics, Industrial Engineering or related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in warehouse operations within a manufacturing environment.
• Prior experience in a production warehouse, preferably in food manufacturing or FMCG.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
