Supervisor Accounting Intercompany Billing

About the role

We are looking for a Supervisor Accounting – Intercompany Billing to own and manage the monthly inter‑company billing and recharge cycle across all Group entities, ensuring compliance with inter‑company agreements and transfer‑pricing policy.

Key responsibilities

• Run the monthly cross‑charge and recharge cycle, booking and matching transactions on both sides before each close.
• Lead resolution of inter‑company mismatches and disputes between entity finance teams.
• Monitor settlements and ageing, coordinating with Treasury and local finance teams.
• Maintain the inter‑company agreements register, cost bases and allocation keys.
• Prepare inter‑company reporting packs and supporting schedules for consolidation, audit and transfer‑pricing documentation.
• Supervise, review and develop two Intercompany Billing Senior Accountants and drive process improvements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field.
• 5–7 years of accounting experience with hands‑on inter‑company accounting in a multi‑entity group.
• Strong knowledge of IFRS and practical understanding of transfer‑pricing principles.
• Proven experience in inter‑company reconciliation, matching and dispute resolution.
• Prior supervisory experience and strong analytical and stakeholder management skills.
