Supply Chain Manager

About the role

We are looking for a visionary Supply Chain Manager to lead and optimise our end‑to‑end logistics, procurement and inventory processes. This on‑site, full‑time position will shape the efficiency of our operations and support our growth in the agriculture sector.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute supply chain strategies that reduce cost, improve quality and align with business objectives.
• Oversee daily logistics, warehousing, inventory control and distribution to ensure timely delivery.
• Lead procurement activities, including vendor selection, negotiation and contract management.
• Implement advanced inventory optimisation techniques to balance holding costs and product availability.
• Identify supply chain risks and create mitigation plans to maintain continuity.
• Monitor KPIs and drive continuous improvement across the supply chain function.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management or related field (MBA preferred).
• Minimum 5 years of progressive supply chain, logistics or procurement experience, with at least 2–3 years in a managerial role.
• Strong understanding of agriculture supply chains is a distinct advantage.
• Proven leadership, communication and problem‑solving abilities.
