About the role
We are seeking a Sustainability Engineer with hands‑on experience in LEED‑certified projects, preferably LEED BD+C. The successful candidate will join our team to drive green building initiatives and support the achievement of LEED certification for upcoming developments.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare and coordinate LEED documentation for BD+C projects.
- Collaborate with design and construction teams to integrate sustainability measures.
- Track and verify energy, water, and other sustainability credits throughout project phases.
- Assist in the submission process and respond to reviewer comments to secure certification.
Required profile
- 2‑3 years of experience in sustainability or green‑building projects.
- Demonstrated involvement in obtaining LEED certification.
- Strong understanding of energy, water, and sustainability credit requirements.
- Ability to work closely with multidisciplinary teams.
