About the role
We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Business Partner to work closely with business leaders, forecast talent needs and drive proactive hiring strategies. The role will manage end-to-end recruitment for key functions, build talent pipelines and support organizational design initiatives.
Key responsibilities
- Partner with business leaders to forecast talent needs and execute hiring plans.
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for critical positions and maintain talent pipelines.
- Act as primary advisor on talent decisions, grading and job-leveling structures.
- Facilitate monthly recruitment performance reviews and collaborate on competency frameworks.
- Lead creation, enhancement and review of job descriptions aligned with career paths.
- Conduct structured, competency-based interviews and ensure a high-quality candidate experience.
- Strengthen employer branding through campaigns, university partnerships and career events.
- Manage recruitment workflows via HR digital platforms and drive data-driven improvements.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration or related field.
- 5–8 years of talent acquisition experience, preferably in the system integrator industry.
- HR certifications such as SHRM-CP, CIPD or PHR are a plus.
- Proven experience in competency-based hiring and job description development.
- Strong business acumen, stakeholder influence and analytical thinking.
Required skills
- Proficiency with ATS/HRIS platforms.
- Advanced LinkedIn Recruiter skills.
- Experience using assessment tools and competency frameworks.
- Knowledge of job evaluation methodologies.
