About the role

Minapharm Pharmaceuticals, a leading pharmaceutical and bioprocess company in Egypt and the Middle East, is seeking a Talent Acquisition Expert to drive high‑volume hiring across multiple functions. The role focuses on designing and executing sourcing strategies, managing end‑to‑end recruitment processes, and ensuring a seamless candidate experience.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement high‑volume sourcing strategies to meet aggressive hiring targets.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from job posting to offer acceptance, ensuring alignment with time‑to‑hire KPIs.
• Maintain and analyse recruitment data from LinkedIn and other professional networks.
• Collaborate with HR Business Partners and department heads to understand staffing needs and refine hiring processes.
• Monitor weekly recruiting metrics, troubleshoot obstacles, and adjust plans to achieve hiring goals.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout all interview stages.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline.
• Post‑graduate studies in HR Management considered an asset.
• Proven experience in high‑volume recruitment, preferably in a fast‑moving environment.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to track and report recruitment metrics.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
