Talent Acquisition Lead

About the role

The Talent Acquisition Lead heads a team of recruiters delivering high‑quality hiring services across multiple client accounts. This position balances team performance, client satisfaction, and achievement of hiring targets while ensuring compliance with recruitment standards.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and coach Talent Acquisition Specialists and Senior Specialists, monitoring productivity and conducting performance evaluations.
• Oversee end‑to‑end recruitment processes, allocate client requests, and support the team in filling critical positions.
• Lead client kick‑off meetings, clarify requirements, act as escalation point, and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers.
• Prepare daily, weekly and monthly recruitment reports, tracking KPIs such as Time‑to‑Fill, Submission‑to‑Interview Ratio, Offer Acceptance Rate, and client satisfaction.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or related field (Master’s a plus).
• 4–6+ years in talent acquisition with 2–4+ years in a leadership or management role.
• Experience in recruitment agencies, RPO, staffing, BPO or HR outsourcing environments.
• Relevant HR certifications (PHR, SPHR, SHRM‑CP, SHRM‑SCP) preferred.
