Talent Acquisition Manager – Oil & Gas (MENAT)

About the role

We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Manager to lead a recruitment team for a global Oil & Gas client operating across the MENAT region. Based in Cairo and working in a hybrid model, you will shape recruitment strategy, partner with senior stakeholders and deliver innovative talent solutions in a fast‑paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Define and communicate the strategic account vision, commercial priorities and KPIs to the team.
• Coach, motivate and develop recruiters through regular performance and development conversations.
• Support recruiters in resolving complex client issues and manage escalations.
• Build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders to influence workforce planning and recruitment plans.
• Lead delivery against targets, budgets and service‑level agreements while ensuring high‑quality outcomes.
• Use data and analytics to monitor KPIs, identify trends and continuously improve recruitment processes.
• Ensure compliance, governance and consistent application of process standards across the team.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing recruitment teams in an RPO or similar environment.
• Demonstrated ability to influence senior leaders and act as a trusted advisor.
• Hands‑on experience recruiting for the Oil & Gas sector across the MENAT region.
• Strong understanding of regional talent markets, cultural nuances and local hiring practices.
• Full professional proficiency in English and Arabic, both written and spoken.
• Flexibility to work Monday‑to‑Friday in a hybrid setting.
