Talent Acquisition Partner

About the role

The Talent Acquisition Partner will work closely with aligned markets and business functions to drive end‑to‑end recruitment. You will act as a subject‑matter expert, ensuring hiring managers receive high‑quality candidates and a positive candidate experience.

Key responsibilities

• Understand business hiring needs, align stakeholders and execute talent acquisition strategies.
• Manage the full recruitment cycle in line with Nestlé’s Talent Selection methodology, from job briefing to interview coaching.
• Provide an outstanding candidate experience and proactively source passive talent for future needs.
• Control hiring costs and continuously seek efficiencies.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to hiring managers and HR Business Partners, offering expertise and challenging selection decisions when needed.
• Leverage labor market data, salary trends and competitor insights to inform hiring plans.
• Develop hiring manager capabilities through coaching and presence in interviews.
• Ensure compliance throughout the recruitment process for internal and external candidates.
• Communicate Nestlé’s Employee Value Proposition consistently to attract and retain top talent.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing end‑to‑end recruitment processes.
• Strong stakeholder management and advisory skills.
• Ability to analyse labor market trends and translate insights into hiring strategies.
• Excellent communication skills to convey the employer brand and value proposition.
