Talent Acquisition Specialist – High Volume Hiring

About the role

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead high‑volume hiring initiatives. The role involves managing the full recruitment cycle, building pipelines, and ensuring a smooth candidate experience for a fast‑growing organization.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment for mass hiring campaigns.
• Source candidates via job boards, LinkedIn, social media, databases and referrals.
• Screen CVs, conduct phone/video interviews and assess fit against job criteria.
• Maintain and continuously update a strong candidate pipeline.
• Schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring managers.
• Track recruitment metrics, achieve weekly/monthly targets and prepare reports.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring journey.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration or related field (preferred).
• At least 1 year of experience in talent acquisition, recruitment or HR, preferably in high‑volume hiring.
• Fluent English with excellent verbal and written communication.
• Strong organizational, time‑management and negotiation abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast‑paced environment.
