Talent Acquisition Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our HR team in Cairo. You will manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing candidates to onboarding new hires, ensuring a smooth and efficient hiring process.

Key responsibilities

• Create and publish job postings on the company careers page, social media, and job boards.
• Source candidates through social media, professional platforms, and other online channels.
• Screen resumes, conduct initial telephone or face‑to‑face interviews, and provide shortlists to hiring managers.
• Administer professional tests, conduct background and reference checks.
• Gather market salary data to ensure competitive offers.
• Maintain strong candidate relationships throughout the recruitment process.
• Send job offer emails, address compensation queries, and ensure proper onboarding paperwork.
• Maintain a candidate database for future openings and represent the company at job fairs and recruitment events.

Required profile

• BSc in Human Resources Management or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in talent acquisition, with at least 1 year in high‑volume hiring.
• Experience in the BPO industry is a plus.
• C1 level English proficiency.
• Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and time‑management abilities.
• Familiarity with employment laws and interview techniques.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Basic knowledge of SAP (preferred).
