Talent Management Specialist

About the role

Raya Smart Buildings is seeking a Talent Management Specialist to support its Human Resources function. The role focuses on organizational development, learning initiatives, performance management, and employee engagement across the company.

Key responsibilities

• Support Organizational Development projects, including culture programs, competency frameworks, and change management.
• Coordinate Learning & Development activities, manage training calendars, and maintain accurate documentation.
• Administer performance appraisal cycles, ensure timely completion, and guide managers and employees.
• Plan, execute, and analyze employee surveys to identify trends and recommend actions.
• Assist in talent programs such as succession planning, career development, and high‑potential initiatives.
• Prepare data reports on engagement, training effectiveness, and performance metrics for management review.
• Ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures across all talent management activities.
• Liaise with external training providers and consultants for program delivery.
• Participate in cross‑functional HR projects and manage employee communications.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of experience in Talent Management, Organizational Development, or Learning & Development.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong communication and facilitation abilities.
• Proven capability to influence and build relationships at all organizational levels.
• Knowledge of OD principles, L&D best practices, and performance management systems.

Required skills

• Advanced PowerPoint and visual presentation tools.
• Microsoft Excel and reporting skills.
