Teacher Operations Intern

About the role

This internship supports the smooth operation of teacher‑led classes by handling slot opening, verification, and ongoing monitoring. You will work closely with the teaching team to ensure that class schedules are accurately reflected in our system during a critical monthly period.

Key responsibilities

• Open class slots and verify their status in the system according to the monthly schedules provided by teachers.
• Monitor the operational status of opened courses, record any errors or anomalies, and promptly report them to the team.
• Assist in organizing slot‑opening records and support basic verification processes for all monthly slot openings.

Required profile

• Available from the 20th to the 31st of each month with no conflicting travel, exams, or major commitments.
• Extremely detail‑oriented and patient, able to maintain focus during repetitive data‑entry tasks.
• Highly responsible, meets deadlines consistently, and proactively reports issues.

Required skills

• Proficiency with basic office software, especially Microsoft Office and Excel.
• Ability to quickly learn and operate internal system tools.
