Team Leader - Central Maintenance

About the role

Juhayna Food Industries is looking for a proactive Team Leader to head its Central Maintenance function. You will coordinate maintenance activities across multiple sites, ensuring equipment reliability, cost‑effective operations and compliance with safety standards.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee critical facility repairs and execute preventive maintenance schedules.
• Lead, mentor and direct multi‑site maintenance teams.
• Manage the service desk, enforce SLAs and minimise downtime.
• Coordinate specialized contractors, evaluate vendor performance and ensure safety and quality compliance.
• Partner with procurement to draft technical specifications, review quotes and manage service contracts.
• Process monthly invoices, monitor expenses against budgets and identify cost‑saving opportunities.
• Track asset maintenance histories and manage critical spare‑parts inventory.
• Prepare monthly KPI, service metric, vendor score and budget variance reports for senior management.

Required profile

• University degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• 2–4 years of professional experience in mechanical or electrical engineering within an industrial setting.
• Proven ability to lead teams and manage vendor relationships.
