Technical Office Engineer (Architect) – Construction Documentation

About the role

We are looking for a Technical Office Engineer (Architect) to produce and manage detailed construction documentation for projects in Agouza, Giza. The role involves translating design concepts into accurate drawings and supporting the construction team on‑site.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare comprehensive construction documents (plans, elevations, sections, details) using AutoCAD.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers and other disciplines to ensure design intent is correctly documented.
• Review architectural drawings and specifications for accuracy, completeness and code compliance.
• Coordinate with structural, MEP and other teams to resolve design conflicts.
• Prepare bills of quantities and tender documents.
• Monitor building codes and obtain necessary permits.
• Provide technical support during construction, review shop drawings and conduct site visits.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture.
• Minimum 2 years experience in a technical office role; experience on banking sector projects is a plus.
• Strong understanding of building construction, materials and methods.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, problem‑solving and teamwork abilities.
