Technical Recruiter – North America

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Technical Recruiter based in Egypt to lead hiring initiatives for technology roles across North America. The role requires strong IT recruiting expertise, excellent English communication, and the ability to work during North American business hours.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment for technical and IT positions across the United States and Canada.
• Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements and team objectives.
• Design and execute sourcing strategies using job boards, LinkedIn, networking, referrals and other channels.
• Screen resumes, conduct initial assessments and coordinate interviews across multiple time zones.
• Maintain a positive candidate experience and build talent pipelines for current and future needs.
• Track recruitment metrics, provide regular updates to stakeholders and ensure compliance with company policies.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Technology or a related field.
• 3‑5 years of experience recruiting for technical roles such as Software Engineers, DevOps, Cloud, Data, QA, Cybersecurity and IT Infrastructure.
• Strong understanding of technical terminology and software development methodologies.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
• Experience supporting recruitment in North America and ability to work North American business hours.
• Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems and sourcing tools.
