Technical Recruiter – Recruitment Agency

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Technical Recruiter to join our agency and lead the full recruitment lifecycle for a variety of technology positions. You will work remotely, sourcing, interviewing and placing top technical talent while building strong relationships with both clients and candidates.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the end‑to‑end recruitment process from job intake to candidate placement.
• Source, screen, interview and evaluate candidates for roles such as Software Developers, IT Professionals, Cybersecurity Specialists, DevOps Engineers, Cloud Engineers, Data Engineers and QA Engineers.
• Conduct technical and behavioral interviews to assess skills, experience and cultural fit.
• Maintain a robust pipeline of qualified technical candidates.
• Prepare and present shortlisted candidates with detailed interview evaluations.
• Coordinate interviews, manage offers and ensure smooth hiring processes.
• Keep accurate candidate records in the ATS.
• Develop long‑term relationships with clients and candidates.
• Stay updated on technology trends, hiring practices and market conditions.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Technical Recruiter in a recruitment agency.
• Proven track record recruiting for software development, IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, cloud, DevOps, data and QA roles.
• Fluent English (spoken and written).
• Strong communication, negotiation and relationship‑building abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple vacancies and meet deadlines.
• Self‑motivated, organized and capable of working independently in a remote setting.
