Technical Recruitment Associate

About the role

Envision Employment Solutions is seeking a motivated Technical Recruitment Associate to lead full‑cycle hiring for a wide range of technical positions, from software engineering to cybersecurity and emerging technologies. You will partner closely with hiring managers and leadership to design scalable hiring strategies and deliver an exceptional candidate experience.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end recruitment across multiple technical domains.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to translate workforce plans into effective hiring strategies.
• Design and execute scalable recruitment approaches for high‑volume and niche roles.
• Proactively source candidates via LinkedIn, GitHub, Stack Overflow, tech communities, referrals and events.
• Conduct technical screenings, manage interview processes and evaluate cultural fit.
• Optimize recruitment workflows using ATS tools and track metrics such as time‑to‑hire.
• Provide market intelligence on tech trends, salary benchmarks and competitive hiring practices.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, HR Management or a related field.
• 6 months to 1 year of technical recruitment experience in fast‑paced environments.
• Fluency in Arabic and English (written and spoken).
• Strong communication, stakeholder management and problem‑solving abilities.
• Customer‑focused mindset with attention to detail.

Required skills

• LinkedIn, GitHub, Stack Overflow for sourcing.
• Experience with ATS platforms (Workable, Teamtailor).
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365, Slack, Zoom, Teams and Trello.
