Technical Specialist Associate – Media Management (Multilingual)

About the role

Join Commvault as a Technical Specialist Associate focused on Media Management. You will provide high‑level technical support to enterprise customers worldwide, leveraging your multilingual abilities in German, French, Italian or Spanish.

Key responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and resolve critical support problems using remote desktop tools.
• Interact with customers via phone and email to diagnose and fix issues.
• Recreate problems in‑house, perform root‑cause analysis, and document software bugs.
• Provide phone‑based support for time‑critical, sophisticated incidents.
• Build labs and simulators, participate in product BETA testing, and contribute to online solution forums.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of technical/customer support experience.
• Strong knowledge of storage administration and troubleshooting.
• Solid understanding of SAN, NAS, networking, and connectivity issues.
• Experience with Microsoft clustering, TCP/IP, DNS, and backup theory.
• Fluency in German, French, Italian or Spanish.
