About the role
We are looking for a motivated Telesales Agent to promote our digital marketing services to potential and existing customers in New Cairo. The role focuses on generating leads, handling inquiries, and achieving sales targets in an on‑site environment.
Key responsibilities
- Contact potential and existing customers by phone to promote digital marketing services.
- Understand client needs, recommend suitable services, and prepare quotations.
- Generate new leads, qualify prospects, and schedule meetings.
- Maintain accurate customer records and update call outcomes in the CRM.
- Build strong client relationships and identify business opportunities.
Required profile
- 0–1 year of experience in telesales, telemarketing, or inside sales.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
- Target‑oriented attitude with a positive and enthusiastic approach.
- Good command of spoken and written English.
Required skills
- Proficiency in using CRM systems.
- English language proficiency (spoken and written).
