About the role
Art tec is seeking a motivated Telesales Representative to join its sales team in Cairo. You will be responsible for contacting potential customers, generating new leads and supporting the sales team to achieve targets.
Key responsibilities
- Contact potential customers and generate new leads.
- Introduce and explain the company’s products and services.
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable solutions.
- Follow up with leads and maintain customer relationships.
- Support the sales team in achieving sales targets.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
- Previous experience in telesales, telemarketing, sales or call centre (preferred).
- Excellent communication, persuasion and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work with sales targets and full‑time availability.
- Female candidates only.
Required skills
- Good command of Microsoft Office.
