About the role
We are looking for an energetic Telesales Representative to engage existing customers, promote course renewal options and help them continue their learning journey. The role is focused on driving conversions while delivering a high level of customer satisfaction.
Key responsibilities
- Contact existing customers to present renewal options and increase conversion rates.
- Maintain regular follow‑up to understand learning needs and recommend personalized solutions.
- Monitor students’ progress, analyse performance data and develop appropriate renewal strategies.
- Handle customer inquiries, resolve concerns and ensure satisfaction throughout the renewal process.
Required profile
- Minimum 1 year of experience in sales or customer service.
- Strong communication and persuasion abilities.
- Target‑driven and comfortable working in a performance‑based environment.
- Motivated to achieve and exceed sales targets with a commission‑focused mindset.
