Telesales Specialist

About the role

The Telesales Specialist will be the first point of contact for leads generated by marketing campaigns, quickly engaging prospects and qualifying them for the Al‑Ameen ERP solution. The role focuses on gathering key business information, assessing fit, and delivering sales‑ready leads to the sales team.

Key responsibilities

• Contact new leads within 5–15 minutes via phone, WhatsApp, or email.
• Conduct qualification calls using a standard questionnaire to capture company size, activity, existing systems, pain points, required modules, budget, and decision‑making timeline.
• Classify leads as Qualified, Disqualified, Needs Follow‑up, or Unreachable and maintain accurate records in the CRM.
• Schedule product demos or meetings with Account Executives and provide a detailed qualification summary before each meeting.
• Redirect non‑ready leads to marketing nurture tracks and document reasons for disqualification.
• Prepare weekly reports on lead volume, quality, sources, and conversion rates.

Required profile

• 1‑3 years of experience in lead generation, SDR, telesales or inside sales; experience in software/ERP is a plus.
• Excellent verbal communication with the ability to handle initial objections and ask probing questions.
• Strong business acumen to understand client needs and translate them into software requirements.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM systems for data entry and pipeline management.
