Telesales Specialist

About the role

invygo, founded in 2018 and based in Dubai, is a car subscription app that lets customers own or subscribe to a car on a monthly basis, with plans starting at 1 month and a 36-month Subscribe to Own option. As part of its CX team, the Telesales Specialist works in a fast-paced environment alongside growth, product, CX and brand marketing teams, and handles outbound calls, lead development and deal closure.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote products and services
• Identify customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
• Achieve daily, weekly and monthly sales targets
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships
• Handle inquiries, objections and resolve customer concerns
• Maintain accurate records of calls and sales in the system
• Stay up to date on product knowledge and sales techniques

Required profile

• Proven sales success, with at least 0-2 years of experience in telesales or a related field
• Fluent English is a must
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent negotiation and closing skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Goal-oriented with a positive attitude and willingness to learn

• Good understanding of lead generation processes
