Temenos Business Analyst - Payments

About the role

DXC Luxoft is hiring a Temenos Business Analyst for Payments, working remotely in Egypt. The role supports the implementation of the Temenos Transact core banking platform, which aims to strengthen the bank's operational efficiency, financial and regulatory capabilities, data management and reporting, and its long-term modernisation.

Key responsibilities

• Define, document and validate business and functional requirements for payment solutions.
• Ensure payment processes, regulatory obligations and operational requirements are reflected in the solution design and delivered successfully.
• Support SIT, UAT, data migration and deployment activities.

Required profile

• 8-10 years of proven experience as a Business Analyst in banking payments transformation or core banking implementation projects.
• Proven experience with TPH stand-alone implementation.
• Strong understanding of payment business processes and payment operations.
• Excellent stakeholder management and workshop facilitation skills.

Required skills

• Domestic, international and cross-border payments; RTGS, ACH / bulk payments, standing orders and direct debits.
• Payment investigations and exceptions.
• Knowledge of payment standards and messaging formats such as SWIFT MT/MX, ISO 20022 and SEPA (where applicable).
• Requirements gathering, business process modelling and documentation, including BRDs, functional requirements, process flows, user stories and test scenarios.
