Tender Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a Tender Engineer to join our construction team, responsible for preparing and reviewing tender documentation for a variety of projects including residential, commercial, industrial and banking facilities. The role involves close collaboration with design and project teams to ensure accurate quantity take‑offs and compliance with specifications.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare detailed quantity take‑offs and Bills of Quantities (BOQ) based on project drawings and specifications.
• Review tender documents, technical specifications and contract conditions to verify accuracy.
• Coordinate with design teams to validate scope and quantities.
• Assemble complete tender packages and respond to bidders’ queries.
• Ensure all tender documentation meets project requirements and deadlines.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, architecture or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in tendering, cost estimation or quantity surveying.
• Strong analytical abilities and attention to detail.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD.
