Tourism Manager

About the role

Marca Tours is seeking a full‑time Tourism Manager to lead the planning, coordination and execution of tour operations across Egypt. Based in Giza, you will design itineraries, supervise guided tours and ensure every service meets our high standards for safety, quality and guest satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Design and optimise multi‑destination itineraries and travel packages.
• Supervise guided tours, manage bookings, schedules and resolve customer issues promptly.
• Collaborate with local partners, hotels, transport providers and tour guides to deliver seamless experiences.
• Monitor tour performance, analyse guest feedback and identify improvement opportunities.
• Contribute to tourism marketing activities, prepare performance reports and support business growth initiatives.

Required profile

• Proven experience in tourism management, organising and overseeing multi‑destination tours.
• Expertise in guided‑tour coordination and delivering engaging guest experiences.
• Strong customer‑service background with ability to handle inquiries, complaints and special requests.
• Tourism marketing experience, including promotion of tour packages.
• Relevant degree or diploma in Tourism, Hospitality Management or a related field (preferred).
• Excellent organisational skills, attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tours and teams simultaneously.
• Fluent in English and Arabic with strong communication skills.
• Knowledge of Egyptian destinations, cultural heritage and prior experience in a travel‑agency or tour‑operations environment (advantageous).
