About the role

MNT-Halan is seeking a dynamic Training Specialist to join its Qena team. You will design and deliver learning programs that support the company’s FinTech strategy, close skill gaps, and drive continuous improvement across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement training programs aligned with business objectives.
• Conduct needs assessments to identify skill gaps and monitor performance development.
• Facilitate interactive workshops covering technical and soft‑skill topics.
• Prepare regular reports on training outcomes and growth metrics.

Required profile

• Relevant degree in Business Administration, Human Resources or a related field.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in training or professional development.
• Excellent presentation and communication abilities.
• Familiarity with digital transformation and financial services.
• Based in Qena or surrounding areas.
• Proactive, organized, and a natural leader.
