Travel Advisor - Customer Service

About the role
We are looking for enthusiastic Travel Advisors to join our global platform that connects travelers with unique stays and experiences. In this customer service role you will handle bookings, answer inquiries and ensure a smooth journey for our users. You will be part of a dynamic back‑office team supporting a fast‑growing travel marketplace.
Key responsibilities
- Respond to customer queries via voice, chat, email and back‑office channels.
- Assist with booking modifications, cancellations and provide accurate travel information.
- Maintain high service standards and resolve issues promptly.
- Work rotational night and overnight shifts as required.
Required profile
- University graduate.
- Strong command of English (minimum B2 level).
- Flexibility to work in rotating night and overnight shifts.
