About the role
We are looking for enthusiastic Travel Agents to join our team at the Sheikh Zayed location. The role involves assisting customers with travel arrangements, providing information on destinations, and ensuring a smooth booking experience.
Key responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound travel inquiries via phone and online channels.
- Book flights, hotels, and other travel services according to client preferences.
- Provide accurate travel documentation and itineraries.
- Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of travel regulations, visa requirements, and promotional offers.
- Support night and overnight shifts as needed.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in any field.
- English proficiency at B2 level or higher.
- Willingness to work on‑site and adapt to flexible, night‑time schedules.
- Immediate availability is preferred.
