Travel Consultant – Full‑time

About the role

Thomas Cook Tours is seeking a full‑time, on‑site Travel Consultant to join its team. In this role you will help clients design and manage their travel itineraries, from domestic trips to international tours, ensuring a seamless and memorable experience.

Key responsibilities

• Assist clients in planning travel itineraries and selecting suitable tour packages.
• Book hotels, flights, and other travel services using reservation systems.
• Provide accurate information on destinations, pricing, and travel requirements.
• Maintain high standards of customer service throughout the booking process.
• Prepare detailed travel documents and itineraries for clients.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Travel Consultant.
• Proven experience handling both domestic and international tour packages.
• Strong organizational abilities and capacity to work under pressure.
• Excellent communication and customer‑service skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Amadeus GDS.
• Experience using tourism and travel reservation systems.
