UI/UX Designer – Design System & Brand Integration

About the role

We are looking for a UI/UX Designer to lead the development, maintenance, and optimisation of a multi‑brand design system covering seven brands. You will work closely with product and development teams to ensure a consistent, high‑quality user experience across all digital products.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and optimise a complex design system, ensuring scalability and consistency.
• Use advanced Figma features, including variables, to manage and update the design library in line with development changes.
• Create and refine UI components, user flows, and design guidelines for multiple product teams.
• Provide UX/UI advisory, propose best‑practice solutions, and align designs with system principles.
• Manage brand updates, acting as a liaison between brand stakeholders and development teams to integrate brand guidelines into the system.

Required profile

• Strong understanding of design systems and component‑based UI architecture.
• Experience collaborating with cross‑functional teams across different markets.
• Ability to balance brand consistency with product‑specific needs.
